Karkala Taluk Office staff commits suicide, reason yet to be known

Karkala: Taluk Office staff named Sushmita (25) has committed suicide by jumping into the well, reportedly, on Sunday (July 24) night.

Sushmita is a resident of the Hudco Colony.

The reason behind the hasty decision is not yet known.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao has visited the hospital and has paid his last respect.

Sushmita is survived by her parents and a sister.
