The state budget session is set to kick off on  July 3rd, with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who also holds the finance portfolio claiming that the budget will be presented on the 7th.

Following the governor’s speech, discussions would ensue, leading up to the budget presentation on Friday, July 7.  As of now, no preliminary meetings have taken place, making it difficult to ascertain the exact size of the budget.
