Bengaluru: Late IAS officer DK Ravi’s wife Kusuma on Sunday, October 4 joined Congress at the party office here.
Kusuma is likely to be the party’s candidate for RR Nagar bypolls.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president DK Shivakumar, former chief minister Siddaramaiah, former deputy chief minister Parameshwara were also present.
