Kasaragod: A Kasaragod-based television actress and model was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Kozhikode on Friday, May 13.
Shahana (20) of Cheruvathur was found hanging from her house window, media reports said.
Suhana’s family suspects foul play in the death and suspects her husband Sajjad to have killed her. The family has reportedly alleged that the actress suffered marital harassment.
Meanwhile, police have taken Sajjad into custody for interrogation.
The body is kept at the mortuary at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital for an autopsy.
Shahana has acted in a few telefilms and appeared in a few commercials.
