Kasaragod: Two college students killed in road mishap

Kasaragod: In a tragic accident two college students were killed after their two-wheeler collided with a school bus at Miyapadavu near Manjeshwar on Friday, January 13.
The deceased are identified as Preetesh Shetty (21), son of Harish Shetty, a resident of Miyapadavu Darbe, and Abhishek M (21), son of Bejjangala Suresh.
The accident took place when the bike on which the youths were triple riding, collided with the school bus, which was on its way to pick up students.
Due to the impact of the accident, one person died on the spot, while the other succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
The third student, identified as Namith (19), is said to be in critical condition.
