Kerala-K’taka RTC buses to resume interstate services for Onam

Bengaluru: The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (Kerala RTC) announced that it will resume interstate bus services to and from Karnataka, between August 25 and September 6, in view of the Onam festival.
“Booking for the tickets can be done through the official website of Kerala RTC from August 15 onwards. An extra 10 per cent charge for the special service will be levied to the passengers,” Kerala RTC said in a post.
Apart from this, passengers must avail of travel pass by registering online on the Kerala Covid-19 Jagratha portal. Passengers are required to download Arogya Setu app on their phones and wearing of face mask throughout the journey is must.
“Travellers are responsible for the restrictions made by the governments of Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu on the day of travel. If any passenger disagrees with this, the ticket charge will be refunded,” it said.
