KPCC president distributes ‘B’ forms to candidates

Bengaluru: Despite intense protest by the party applicants who didn’t get the ticket to challenge in the upcoming Assembly polls, KPCC President G Parameshwara circulated B forms to the candidates in a resort at Devanahalli in the outskirts of the city on April 17. 

As per the sources, Parameshwara changed his working base from KPCC office to the resort due to fears of protest by revolting competitors and their supporters.

But protesters touched base at the resort additionally and requested for party ticket. MLA B Chimmanakatti, who missed ticket from Badami Constituency, met Parameshwara as the Congress leaders chose to field Dr. Devraj Pateel from that point. Jagalooru MLA H P Rajesh likewise accompanied supporters and asked for the ticket. 

Among others, Bellary Rural competitor Koodligi MLA Nagendra joined Santhosh Lad and collected the ‘B’ form. Gurappa Naidu of Padmanabha Nagar, Kagodu Thimmappa of Sagara, MLA Sathish Jarakiholi of Yamkanmardi, MLA S T Somshekhar of Yeshwanthpur, A C Shrinivas of Mahadevapura, Byrathi Suresh of Hebbala, MLA Umesh Jadav of Chincholi, MLA Akhanda Srinivasa Murthy of Pulikeshinagara and previous MLA Jameer Ahmed Khan of Chamrajpet additionally collected the B forms.
