Lokayukta raids Indi Sub Registrar office on bribery charges

Indi: Karnataka Lokayukta police raided the Sub Registrar’s office, here on Wednesday.

Reportedly, the office was raided on the frequent complaints received about bribery.

Based on the complaint, Lokayukta SP Anita Haddannavar, DySP Arun Nayak, Inspectors Galad Anand Takkatannavar, and Anand Doni visited the Sub Registrar’s office at Mini Vidhana Soudha.

Sub Registrar Mohammad Rafi Patel and a few agents were questioned.
