Maharashtra minister Sanjay Rathod blamed for TikTok star’s death resigns

Mumbai: Maharashtra Forest Minister Sanjay Rathod submitted his resignation to CM Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday

His resignation comes days after his name figured in the alleged suicide case of TikTok star Pooja Chavan.

The BJP had demanded that Rathod be sacked and the police probe his link to the case. Earlier, Rathod had asked people to not defame him and his family.
