Gone are the days when clothing was classified according to gender. Stars like Harry Styles, Ranveer Singh, and K-pop band BTS are among the torch-bearers who helped bring the notion to life. Away from the public view, however, some people have started their own small revolution of normalising androgynous dress and are now astonishing the Internet with their style.
Pushpak Sen, a fashion marketing and communication student, made ripples on social media with his most recent photoshoot. Sen, who is from Kolkata, recently made headlines by posing in a saree on the streets of Milan, one of the world’s biggest fashion capitals.

“Being a man in a saree would take me nowhere they said. Guess who’s walking in it on the streets of one of the major fashion capitals of the world?” read the caption.
The post has gotten a lot of positive feedback and awe-inspiring remarks from the internet. While some people remarked on how beautiful Sen looked, others commended him on how well he carried the ensemble with grace and composure.
