Mangaluru: 25-year-old ends life in newly purchased house

Mangaluru: A 25-year-old woman committed suicide on Thursday, June 8 just a few days after moving into the newly bought house.

The deceased has been identified as Ashwini Bangera, originally from Farangipete, was now living at Chitranjalinagar. She was employed abroad and had come to her native place a-month-and-half ago.

Before committing suicide Ashwini had written a 24-page long death note, in which she mentioned that the bank officials are torturing her. She also wrote that she was cheated by the seller of the house.

The housewarming ceremony was held on June 5 and Ashwini was living with her mother and two cousins. In the death note, Ashwini mentioned her boyfriend’s name and wrote that she loves him, she also requested to give her iPhone to him.
