Mangaluru: Workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal on Tuesday cremated the couple who committed suicide fearing COVID-19 at Nandigudda crematorium.
The couple hanged themselves on Tuesday morning after sending a message to the police commissioner about their decision to die.
The couple left behind a suicide note stating that their families must not be troubled with their cremation and hence it must be done by leaders of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the Bajrang Dal.
