Mangaluru: Fire breaks out in apartment; no casualties

Mangaluru: A fire broke out at an apartment situated near Kadri Kambala on Tuesday, January 10 but luckily no casualties have been reported.

The fire was seen at around 11;30 in the morning in a bedroom of a flat of five storey building. There was no one present at home when the incident took place.

As per sources, neighbors who noticed the fire coming out of a bedroom alerted the fire department officials.

Firefighters of Kadri and Pandeshwar fire stations arrived at the spot and doused the fire.
