Mangaluru: Groom booked for violating lockdown norms

Mangaluru: The city police have registered a case against a newly married youth for organizing a dance party.
Reportedly, the party was arranged in connection with the marriage of said youth from Adyar with a girl from Siddakatte on Sunday,may 9.
The video clip of the said dance party had been widely circulated on social media and the organizers of the program have been accused of violating covid lockdown norms.
A case was registered after the incident came to the notice of the deputy commissioner and the tahsildar.
