Mangaluru: One arrested while transporting ganja

Mangaluru: Police officials have arrested a man for allegedly transporting ganja in Talapady Thacchani.

The arrested accused has been identified as Mohammed Razik, a resident of Manjeshwar Sunkadakatte. Another accused Asgar is still absconding.

It is said that the accused had traveled to Talapady’s Thacchani to sell ganja.

Ullal police stopped the accused’s bike after receiving a tip-off. Asgar, on the other hand, managed to flee.

Police confiscated four kilograms of ganja worth  Rs 40,000.
