Mangaluru: Traffic cop found dead, suicide suspected

Mangaluru: A traffic cop was found dead at his rented residence in the city on Thursday, September 14.
The deceased has been identified as Mahesh Savadatti, son of Veeranna and a native of Gadag.
Mahesh was found hanging at his rented house on Simon Lane in Capitanio. The death is suspected to be a suicide.
Mahesh had been recruited into the police force in July 2018 and had been attached to the Mangaluru South Police Station as a Constable following training.
