Marathi actress Ishwari Deshpande, friend die after her car plunges into creek in Goa

Panaji: Marathi actress Ishwari Deshpande, 25, and her friend Shubham Dedge,28, died in a road accident on Monday early morning when they were returning from a holiday trip to Goa.

As per reports, Shubam was driving the car and it plunged into the Baga Creek after he reportedly lost control over the vehicle. The duo failed to get out of the drowning car as it was centrally locked and they died as a result of suffocation.

Police said that their bodies and the car were recovered by the fire brigade team around 7 AM on Monday.

A case has been registered in this regard.
