Anikait Luthra, a popular food blogger known for pulling out the strangest dishes from Indian street food, recently shared a recipe for sweet corn with his followers. What was the content of the video? It began as a simple sweet corn recipe, with the man in this video pouring a teaspoon of butter to a boiling cob of corn. However, the standard recipe came to a stop right there, and things started to go strange.
The man then smothers the corn with chocolate and tops it with fresh cream and masala. The topping featured all of the elements of masala corn, but with chocolate and cream instead of chilli powder and chaat masala. Oh, and don’t forget to squeeze in some lemon juice.

While some fans thought the video was the pinnacle of culinary experimentation, others couldn’t believe their eyes. Users quipped that the man could have made the meal even more distinctive by adding sambhar, dahi, chutney, and chai mix. And, given the current state of affairs, this joke may just come true in a culinary video.
