Min Narayana Gowda launches ‘Kushal Kosh’ app

Bengaluru: State’s Minister for Youth Empowerment and Sports, Planning, Program Monitoring and Statistics Narayana Gowda on Monday launched the ‘Kushal Kosh’ app.
Participating in the International Day of Yoga program at Kanteerava Stadium here he said the mobile app is for finding skilled workers.
People can find skilled workers on the app and those people with qualified skills can register on the app to find work, the minister said.
This bilingual mobile app was developed in collaboration with the Department of Planning, Program Monitoring and Statistics, Karnataka State Remote Sensing Application Center (KSRSAC) and Department of AYUSH and the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports.
The minister added that presently people can find Yoga instructors nearest to their area using the app. The app is designed to help find other types of skilled people, including electrician, plumber, gym trainer, painter, dry cleaner, carpenter.
