MLA Kamath visits M’luru cooker blast survivor, inquires about his well-being

Mangaluru: BJP MLA Vedavyas Kamath on Tuesday visited the residence of the survivor of the Mangaluru cooker blast Purushottam Poojary following his discharge from the hospital on Saturday.
Kamath enquired about Poojary’s well-being and gave assurance of providing him with a new autorickshaw.
The MLA called the RTO officials and directed them to arrange for the auto permit at the earliest. Kamath said that he would bear the cost of the new auto rickshaw and the related documents will be issued in a week’s time.
Apart from this, BJP will provide a Rs five lakh compensation to Poojary, Kamath said.
