MLC Puttanna to quit JDS

Ramanagar: Janata Dal (Secular) MLC Puttanna on Wednesday informed that he along with few other JDS leaders will be quitting the party.
Addressing presspersons here he said, “Not only me, but other senior leaders like Basavaraj Horatti have also decided to quit the party. There are many MLCs from the party who are ready to quit.”
He further added that “I will officially announce my decision to quit in the coming days.”
It can be recalled that JD(S) leader Basavaraj Horatti had hinted that he would quit the party because of the way he was treated.
