M’luru: 13-yo boy wins Mr. Teen Super Globe title in Thailand

A 13-year-old boy from Mangaluru has clinched the Mr. Teen Super Globe title at the competition held in Thailand.
Varun D’Costa, son of Lidwin D’Costa and Vincent D’Costa, is a student of St. Joseph’s High School in Bajpe. Varun, who has previously won several dance competitions, achieved this prestigious award after competing against participants from various countries.
Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, his coach Vijay Dixon informed that the Mr. Teen Super Globe competition encompasses fashion, modelling, and talent showcases. The event, held from August 7 to 10 in Thailand, saw contestants from countries including the USA, Lebanon, Armenia, UAE, Oman, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Nepal.
Prior to this, Varun had participated in a national-level competition in Calicut and won, representing India on the international stage. He expressed his aspiration to become Mr. India in the future and to participate in competitive shows like Indian Best Dancer.
Varun’s family members were present at the press conference.
