M’luru: Police conduct surprise checks at lodges and homestays

Mangaluru: Local police in the district conducted surprise checks at the lodges and homestays under their jurisdiction on Saturday evening.

During the near-simultaneous checks, the police reviewed the registers, CCTV footage, and other required documentation mandated.

Police also reminded the owners of these establishments to inform them about any suspicious persons and not to carry out any illegal activities.
