NIMHANS expands its facility for Cashless Transaction

Bengaluru: National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru director Prof B N Gangadhar inaugurated the expansion of swiping machines facility for cashless transaction at NIMHANS in its out patient department (OPD) recently. This initiative is undertaken in collaboration with Canara Bank in 10 different locations within NIMHANS. The new facility will help the patients and their attendants to ease the issues related to cash payment, lack availability of currency notes and others. Leela, Vishawanathan and other representatives from Canara Bank along with Dr Sekar, Registrar, Dr Bhadrinarayan, Medical Superintendent and Thimothy Raj, Deputy Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, NIMHANS were present on the occasion.
