NRI couple laud India for its response and efforts to combat Covid-19

India, currently under a lockdown, is fighting back against Covid-19 with a “cluster containment strategy” to contain the disease within a defined geographic area by early detection of cases. India’s effort of handling Covid-19 has been lauded by people all over the world.
An NRI couple Prakash Shenoy and Tanuja Shenoy, who are currently residing in New Jersey have praised India for its effective measures in handling the Covid-19.
Tanuja says that delayed decision in America has made the situation in the country worse but even though the population of India is high and hard to manage, the timely resolution in India has brought the situation to normalcy.
The couple have been strictly following all the precautionary measures by not stepping out of their houses. They also advised that even without government orders we all must do our bit to tackle the spread of Covid-19
They said, we appreciate the way Indians handled Covid-19. Especially, the efforts of frontline workers such as doctors, nurses, police and government officials have shown good results.
