Karwar: In a major embarrassment for the BJP party, including district BJP leaders pornographic content is being shared on a Whatsapp group created for its party workers.

The group, titled BJP that was created in order to exchange information regarding the party activities is being misused by sharing obscene videos. K G Naik, district BJP president, Sunil Naik, MLA of Bhatkal, Rupali Naik, MLA of Karwar are few of the leaders who are members of this group.

Surprisingly the district BJP leaders instead of taking to task or removing from the group those members misusing the platform have maintained a silence over the issue. Their inaction has left the party, which is otherwise known for its discipline much red-faced.
