Quarantine Mumbai, B’luru returnees: MP Shobha to Udupi, Chikmagalur officials

Chikmagalur: Udupi and Chikmagalur MP Shobha Karandlaje urged the state government to quarantine Mumbai, Bengaluru returnees.
After chairing a Covid management meeting in DC office she said that those arriving from Mumbai, Bengaluru to Udupi and Chikmagalurshould be made to undergo compulsory Covid tests. They should be quarantined until their test reports are received,”
She further added, “Mumbai, Bengaluru returnees can be quarantined at farmhouses in the villages here.”
“I have requested for a list displaying fixed rates for Covid tests that can be put across private hospitals so that people can have access to them,” she said.
