Road rage: Two arrested for assault on KSRTC staff

Padubidri: Police have arrested two persons for assaulting a KSRTC bus driver and conductor near Karkala junction on October 13.
A case had been filed against Kiran Alva and Pravin Kunder in this regard at Padubidri police station.
The incident took place when two passengers were alighting from the bus. The accused who were traveling in a car intercepted the bus and pulled the driver Saranappa Kambali and Halasiddappa and assaulted them.
The two sustained injuries. The accused were arrested and produced before the Udupi court.
