Belagavi: An inter-state dispute between Karnataka and Maharashtra dating back to the period of Independence and the reorganization of states on linguistic lines in 1956 has reared its head again in the Belagavi region of Karnataka.
In the most recent instance, trouble began after some miscreants sprayed black paint on an awareness board.
The incident took place in Kangraali KH village, where a few miscreants painted the road safety awareness board black.
