
SC adjourned PETA’s petition against Kambala

Mangaluru/New Delhi: The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing plea filed by PETA against holding Kambala by six weeks.
The three-judge bench which is hearing the PETA’s petition put off the hearing by six weeks.
PETA had filed petition questioning the way in which an ordinance was passed on holding of Kambala.
PETA had produced pictures to the SC showing the cruelty against animals in the recent kambalas in the coastal districts.
