Bantwal: In a shocking incident, the family of a person, who died in April this year, reportedly received a message on October 14 that he had been administered with the second dose of the Covid vaccine.

On March 24 this year, Hasainar, a resident of Mittur Akkare near Mani had taken the first jab of Covid vaccine at Mani primary health center (PHC). He passed away on April 27. Nearly six months after his demise, his son, Sadiq on October 14 received a message on the registered mobile number stating that his father had been administered the second dose of the vaccine. The message also contained the link to download the certificate.

The incident is of grave concern as Sadiq claims to have informed about his father’s demise when he had got a call from the PHC advising them to take the second vaccine dose.
