Shivamogga clashes: DC orders to close liquor shops in Shivamogga-Bhadravati city limits

Shivamogga: As the tense situation continues in the city following the clashes between two communities on Monday, August 15, the district administration has directed to close liquor shops in Shivamogga-Bhadravati city limits from 6 AM to 12 PM on Tuesday, August 16.

The orders were issued by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Selvamani R to maintain law and order.

However, Section 144 and restrictions on two-wheeler movement during nighttime continues.
