Suratkal: In a shameful act of inhumanity, two men dragged a dog behind their scooter while riding along a road near NITK College, Suratkal.
The video which was reportedly shot on April 15 has gone viral and is drawing the fury of viewers.
In the video, the bike rider and pillion are seen dragging the dog tied to their two-wheeler.
After the video went viral, DCP law and order, Hariram Shankar said that they would into this issue and take action.
