Chikkamagaluru: MP and BJP National General Secretary C T Ravi lambasted former chief minister Siddaramaiah in relation to the Datta Peetha row.

Addressing the BJP’s “Jana Sankalpa Yatra” at Koppa on Sunday, November 27 he criticized Siddaramaiah and said, “During the elections, he becomes Hindu, and post-election, he hates Hindus. If Siddaramullah Khan comes to power in the state Hindus will be finished. If we come to power, we will appoint archakas to Datta Peetha.”

Lamenting at the Congress for alleged ‘Hindu’ hate he said, “For Congress, Hindu is a dirty word. When two army personnel meet each other, they greet by saying ‘Jai Hind.’ They have insulted such a word. Congress is spineless. The present Congress has Italian Gandhi’s.”

“A Congress leader has said that if their party comes to power, they will make a Muslim the CM of Karnataka. They will not come to power. Congress’ dream of constructing Tipu University will not come true. People of Mysuru will give a befitting reply to them”, he added.
