Suvarna Tribhuja: Delegation expected to visit Delhi on July 12

Malpe: In connection to the sinking of the deep sea trawler ‘Suvarna Tribhuja’ and in order to provide justice to the families of the victim fishermen, a delegation from Malpe Fishermens Association is expected to visit New Delhio n July 12th and hold talks with Defence minister Rajnath Singh.
The delegation made of the family members of the fishermen and representatives of the people have already left and will be meeting the defence minister through the current finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman. During the occasion, the union government will be urged to provide justice to the victim families and also grant the highest amount of compensation to them, informed Satish Kunder, president of Malpe fishermens association.
It is said that since the union budget is on July 5th, the finance minister has assured to provide a meeting with the defence minister after the conclusion of the budget.
