Teacher dies as bike skids

Kota: A man lost his life on the spot after the bike he was riding skid accidentally at Balkudru near Mabukala on Friday June 28.

The deceased is identified as Sathish Hangarakatte (36), working as teacher at Venkataramana English Medium School in Kundapur.

The deceased was on his way home after finishing classes when the two-wheeler that he was riding skid suddenly and he fell into a paddy field. Although the locals rushed him to the hospital, it was to no avail.

Satish was a bachelor and was working as a teacher since 11 years. He is also a member of several associations in Balkudru area. As a sign of honour, the school has declared a holiday on Saturday.
