Turmeric has been used as a health boost and natural remedy for centuries, and to your surprise turmeric coffee or golden milk latte as we call it doesn’t always involve coffee.

There has been an indication that point out coffee diminishing turmeric’s health benefits, although the fat in golden lattes could help your body absorb more curcumin.

Mixing coffee in turmeric latte may diminish some of turmeric’s benefits but it is still an anti-oxidant-rich, low-calorie way to start your day.

This fairly new trend of adding turmeric to coffee could offer a potent drink.

Research reveals that turmeric can reduce inflammation related to health conditions. As turmeric lattes include ginger and cinnamon, which some researchers suggest can tamp down inflammation.

Turmeric lattes aren’t well researched, but the potential perks include, a better mood or reduced pain. It is not an elixir but a way to include turmeric into the diet.
