Mysuru: Two students drown in lake waters while clicking selfies

Mysuru: Two students who went to take selfies at Kenchana Lake near Hosakote in Hunsur taluk fell into the waters and drowned

The victims have been identified as Abdullah (21) and Tanveer (20).

Three friends were posing for a selfie when two of them fell into the lake and met a watery grave. The young man taking the selfie however escaped.

The mortal remains have been sent to the government hospital, Hunsur for an autopsy. A case has been registered at the Hunsur rural police station.
