Udupi: 41-year-old man brutally stabbed to death at Pangala

Kapu: In a gruesome murder, a 41-year-old man was stabbed to death in Pangala on Sunday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Sharath Shetty, a resident of Mandedi in Pangala.

The incident took place near a shop near Sri Janardhana Temple in Pangala. Shetty, who was seriously injured and lying in a pool of blood, was rushed to a hospital by locals.

Kapu Circle Inspector K.C. Poovayya, Kapu Sub-Inspector Suma B, and Crime Sub-Inspector Bharatesh Kankanavadi rushed to the scene of the crime and are investigating.
