Udupi: Man steals neighbours’s cow, slaughters it in bathroom; Arrested

Udupi: A man in Nejar has been arrested for stealing his neighbour’s cow and later slaughtering it in the bathroom of his house. He then sold the slaughtered meat.  The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

The accused has been identified as Ibrahim.

It is said that the owner of the cow, Yamana Gangadhara, had left his cow for grazing on the morning of Sunday, June 6. Ibrahim dragged the cow forcefully to his house at around 11.45 am and slaughtered the animal in his house and sold the meat.

A case in this regard is registered in Malpe police station.
