Udupi: Youth accused of raping girlfriend; held

Udupi: Police have arrested a youth for allegedly sedating and raping his girlfriend here.
The incident came to light recently after the victim filed a police complaint against the accused.
The arrested accused has been identified as Aryan Chandavani is a college student and a native of New Delhi.
It is said that Aryan took his girlfriend to a flat in Indrali, offered her juice and raped her. The girl then filed a police complaint against the accused who has now been arrested.
Further investigations are underway.
