Union min G Kishan Reddy appointed in charge for Rajya Sabha polls in K’taka

New Delhi/ Bengaluru:The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday, June 1 appointed Union minister G Kishan Reddy as the in-charge for the Rajya Sabha polls in Karnataka.
Narendra Singh Tomar and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat were made in-charge in Rajasthan and Haryana respectively, two states which are headed for a keen contest with the entry of party-backed independents.
The party also appointed Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in-charge for Rajya Sabha elections in Maharashtra, another state headed for a contest.
