Upset over BSY’s resignation, man kills himself

Chamarajanagar: Peeved at the resignation by Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa, a man committed suicide on Tuesday, July 27 morning.

The deceased has been identified as Ravi (30), a resident of Bommalapura village.Upset over BSY’s resignation, man kills himself

As per sources, Ravi who was Yediyurappa’s follower committed suicide by hanging himself.

BS Yediyurappa resigned as the Karnataka chief minister on Monday, July 26 after weeks of uncertainty. While resigning, Yediyurappa was seen breaking down on the stage from where he made the announcement.

Yediyurappa even issued a word of caution to colleagues and said people have lost their faith in the government.

The 78-year-old Lingayat strongman, Yediyurappa was the face of the BJP in the state in the past two decades.
