Vitla: 29-year-old stabbed by group of four, personal enmity suspected

Vitla: A 29-year-old man was stabbed by a group of four people at Kadumath of Kolnadu village under the limits of Vittal police station here on Saturday, July 3 night.

The injured youth has been identified as Abdul Harris (29). He is currently undergoing treatment at community health center in Vittal.

Reportedly, Harris was stabbed on his back by the group while he was returning to his residence from Salethur. The accused also allegedly threatened Harris.

Sources said that Harris was recently booked under POCSO Act for sexually harassing a minor.

A complaint has been registered against Avinash, Vineeth, Dinesh, and another unidentified person, all residents of Kadumath, for stabbing and attacking Harris.
