Vitla: Driver killed, cleaner injured after lorry laden with jelly stones topples

Vitla: A man was killed and another was injured after a lorry laden with jelly stones toppled near Punacha Bulerikatte on Wednesday, November 4.
The deceased has been identified as Rafeeq.
The accident took place while stones are being transported to Kerala from several quarries from the surroundings of Punacha. The lorry driver lost control over the vehicle and died on the spot.
The cleaner of the lorry has also injured in the incident and is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
