WATCH: Giant dome of Jakarta Islamic Centre Grand Mosque collapses due to fire

Jakarta: On Wednesday, October 19, a giant dome of the Jakarta Islamic Centre Grand Mosque in Indonesia collapsed due to a major fire.
However, as per reports of Gulf Today officials confirmed that there were no casualties.
According to the reports by Indonesia media, around 10 fire engines had rushed to spot to the douse the flames.
The media reports suggest that the Islamic Centre was undergoing renovations.
Stating the reports from the local media, Gulf Today reported that the contractors of the renovation works are being questioned to know the cause of the fire.
As per the reports of Gulf Today, about two decades back the dome had caught fire during renovations, and had taken five fire engines to bring the flames under control.
Currently, a video of the collapse of the giant dome has gone viral.
