Creating a close-to-reality pastry sculptor is a unique art in itself. One such unique sculpture is created by Swiss-French pastry chef Amaury Guichon.
Pastry chef Amaury Guichon is known for his pastry sculptures crocodile, skateboard, cigar, chocolate telescope, etc. Currently, he has created another masterpiece – “Chocolate Da Vinci”.
In the video, he can be seen carefully assembling different components of pastry made of chocolate.
He gives the base of the pastry the look of a wood-like structure and then creates a spectacular sculpture of Da Vinci.
Chef Guichon finishes off with minute detailing and food colour sprayed on the sculptor.
The video posted on his official YouTube channel ‘Amaury Guichon’, a day ago has garnered 82k views and comments by users where some call it a ‘masterpiece’ and others ‘out of words’ to describe the art.
