Bengaluru: A case of alleged sexual harassment filed against Bangalore South BJP candidate Tejasvi Surya has been dropped by the Karnataka State Commission for Women on Tuesday, April 23.
It is gathered that the complaint was dropped by the Karnataka State Commission for Women after they received a mail by the woman whom the Congress had accused Surya of harassment.
The woman in her mail had written ” I haven’t filed any complaint against Tejasvi and we are good friends. The complaint by Congress leaders was politically motivated to ruin the political career of Surya, which should be dropped.”
Chairperson of the commission, Nagalakshmi Bai said that the commission dropped the case after the woman rubbished the allegations.
