Kasargod: A youth accused of placing a hidden camera in a hotel toilet was arrested by the Kasargod police on Thursday, December 12.
Sameer, 26, a resident of Alampady is the arrested person. He is employed in a shop at Kasargod bus stand.
The mobile camera, which was on a recording mode was spotted by a woman and she informed the hotel owner.
Police said that the mobile phone contained several obscene videos and will be sent to cyber cell department for investigation purposes. Police also informed that they have CCTV footage of Sameer loitering around the hotel.
