Bellary: Lawyer hacked to death in Hospet court

Bellary: A lawyer was hacked to death at the district court of Hospet on Saturday morning allegedly over a family feud.

The lawyer, 48-year-old Tarihalli Venkatesh, was attacked with a machete inside the court premises by Tarahalli Manoj, aged 22, who has been identified as the lawyer’s relative.

It is said that the attacker lived in the same neighbourhood as Venkatesh and there were differences between the two, they said. Venkatesh is survived by his wife and four children.
